Davidlhy

As an illustrator, I'm always looking for the next opportunity to translate my everyday experiences into artistic expressions.

On 29 October 2020, I created The Magic Yellow Bus. It's an idea created to create. A concept with a continuity. I was inspired by the things that people created with their heart and soul, the DIYs processes and all those thought processes that they go through before putting them into action to achieve a lifestyle of living in a converted van or bus. To me, It's a one of a kind ownership. I can make my choices. I can choose my vehicle, my mods, the place I want to travel, my adventure, my lifestyle. Best of all, I have the control and I'm the captain.

What do I do beside drawing?

I paint and I do some simple, budget crafting when I have time. My belief is always "Less is More" and creating something from scratch and not overstretch my budget has always been my style of doing things.

I take photos and videos. I edit them as I like to play around with VFXs, various transitions and the different angle and depth when recoding video and snapshots. Last but not least, I play games once in a while and I prefer playing multiple player games to RPG.

What do I want to achieve from my work?

To promote creativity continually in my community, the world and beyond. To reach out, grow and connect with my audiences and gain recognition for my work.
